- Workshop Rescheduling or Refund: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop due to illness or circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly reschedule the event to a suitable date or provide a full refund to all participants.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your workshop reservation, we understand that circumstances can change. With a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, we will refund 50% of the workshop fee. This policy accounts for the pre-purchased materials and arrangements made on your behalf.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we regret that no refund can be provided. We kindly ask for your understanding, as our workshops involve preparation and materials specifically tailored to our attendees.
