DELIVERY
Flora Folia endeavours to provide accurate and timely delivery of all purchases through the use of third party operators such as couriers and Australia Post.
Public holidays, weekends and unexpected transit delays can occur, without fault or responsibility of Flora Folia Studio.
Flora Folia Studio does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, though all care is taken to minimise risk. Flora Folia Studio will, however, work with delivery suppliers to the best of its ability to resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner.
ARRANGEMENTS
All Flora Folia Studio bouquets are custom made on the basis of availability, seasonality and quality. Photos on the Flora Folia Studio are supplied as a guide only and final arrangements are likely to vary.
In the event that chosen products are unavailable, suitable substitutions may be supplied.
COMPETITIONS
Any competitions held by Flora Folia Studio are open to residents of the area specified in the competition announcement who are 18 years and over.
Winners are named at the discretion of Flora Folia Studio and no further discussion will be entered into disputing final decisions.
Winners will have a limited time frame during which they can claim their prize, after which time the prize may be allocated to a subsequent winner.
Entering a Flora Folia Studio competition confirms acceptance of further communication from Flora Folia Studio and its partners. Entering a Flora Folia Studio competition may also confirm opt-in to communication subscriptions such as the Flora Folia Studio email database.
ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders on florafolia.com.au are final and cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be processed in limited circumstances at the full discretion of Flora Folia Studio.
Any requests for alterations or changes to an order will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Flora Folia will endeavour to make alterations, as possible within the limitations of time and the degree of complexity required.
OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMER
Please take the time to review the specifications of your order before it is finalised.
It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate contact and delivery details and to ensure accuracy of personalised messages. Flora Folia makes no alterations to spelling and grammar of the personalised messages supplied through processed orders.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints or concerns should be raised directly with Flora Folia Studio within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that Flora Folia Studio may require evidence of the complaint by way of photos or returned goods.
TRANSACTIONS
All prices shown on florafolia.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Any refunds or returned monies will be supplied via the customer’s original payment method.
Surcharges and fees may be applied to your transaction by your bank or financial institution.
SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Customers and gift recipients take full responsibility for the use of all items purchased from florafolia.com.au. This includes, but is not limited to, safety in the presence of children, allergic reactions, and possible harm from ingestion by animals.
FORCE MAJEURE
Flora Folia takes no responsibility for issues caused by acts of God / nature or issues beyond reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, Covid-19, government regulations and strikes.
COPYRIGHT
Flora Folia Studio holds the rights of use to all material found on florafolia.com.au and much of the material on its correlating social media platforms. This includes images, videos, terminology and wording, illustrations and logo identity.
Copying or attempting to recreate any Flora Folia Studio material may breach laws governing copyright, trademarks and intellectual property.
Permission to reuse Flora Folia Studio material must be requested in writing and may not be carried out until consent is expressed in writing directly from Flora Folia Studio.
LAW
Use of florafolia.com.au and all engagement with Flora Folia Studio is governed by Australian law. We withhold the right to prevent and report inappropriate or illegal activities through the Australian legal system.
