We completely understand that sometimes changes need to be made or mistakes happen. Get in touch with us via phone or email as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any required amendments. Please understand that sometimes changes are beyond our control, particularly if a limited frame of time is given.

Orders placed with Flora Folia are final and can not be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind unless under exceptional circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your cancellation.

If our courier arrives at a delivery address and finds a recipient isn’t home, they will use good judgement to find a safe place for your delivery. In most instances, our couriers get in touch with the recipient to let them know where the flowers can be found.

Rest assured Flora Folia flowers are well packaged within pockets of water so they can withstand a little time left alone.

Occasionally, such as with a block of apartments or units, leaving the flowers behind simply isn’t possible, as no safe place is available. When this happens, the courier will contact the recipient to arrange another suitable delivery time. Additional costs may be charged to the sender if this is the case. In the instance of an incorrect address being supplied, re-delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

With each wedding and event being so unique, it’s nearly impossible to offer price estimates without a conversation about your needs. We are happy to offer our ideas and concepts for budgets big and small.
