Our Chardonnay grapes are grown high. Really high, 930m above sea level. While it means a few extra layers of clothing, the cool climate adds a few extra layers to the taste. The coolness gently ripens the fruit so it retains delicacy and freshness while developing a full-bodied flavour. Look for aromatic notes of grapefruit, red apple, cashew and a touch of nectarine, with a long lemon zest finish. Best served chilled, of course. – Peter Logan, Winemaker

Made exclusively from grapes grown in Orange, in some of the highest-altitude vineyards in Australia. The delicate embroidery on the labels reflects the unique fruit flavours and character of each wine.
