Vessel sealed with felt tips on the base. Hand wash the internal glass vase only. Sandstone is a natural product; while the surface has been sealed and protected, it may still be porous, so do not fully submerge the vessel in water. To clean, wipe the surface gently with a non-abrasive cloth; no harsh cleaning chemicals required. The internal glass vase is dishwasher safe, though hand washing with warm soapy water is advised. Remove it gently from the sandstone vessel, wash, and dry before placing it back in.
